We believe in fair billing. 1 Credit equals 1 Minute of interview time. If a candidate speaks for 10 minutes, we deduct 10 credits. If they hang up after 2 minutes, we only deduct 2 credits. You never pay for unused time.

On average, an AI interview lasts about 8 to 10 minutes. With the Silver Plan (500 Credits), you can conduct approximately 50 interviews. With the Gold Plan (2,000 Credits), you can conduct approximately 200 interviews.

If you finish your monthly quota, you can instantly purchase a Top-Up Pack (e.g., 1,000 Credits) to keep interviewing. Top-up credits do not expire and stay in your account until used.
